Session 1 | CTSO Integration and the New Standards
- Two hundred CTE courses are currently proposed to the TN State Board of Education, including revisions involving the integration of CTSOs in all programs of study. This session will outline those changes and allow for discussions of best practices.
Session 2 | CTSO Updates
- CTSO state advisors will share tips and resources, enabling educators to empower students to excel in their CTE and CTSO experiences.
Session 3 | Ready Player One: Gamifying the CTE Classroom
- While our courses are hands-on, there are sections of learning that might be a bit dry. We will participate in an Escape the Boring CTE Class Days activity and discuss ways to incorporate more games into learning. Think beyond Kahoot.
